The Net Zero Energy Kickstart Program is an initiative by EPC Blockchain and the Blockchain Energy Savings Consortium (BESC) that aims to help companies achieve net zero energy status by 2030 through a measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) technology platform. The program also offers financial incentives and rewards to companies that reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
The Net Zero Energy Kickstart Programme is supported by Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), British Standards Institution (BSI) Services Malaysia and other service providers comprised of members from across sectors and industries. These partners comprise government agencies and industry players who will provide support and guidance on how organisations can commit to credible climate targets and take meaningful action against these targets.
